Lil’ Lilly Ann (Author & Storyteller Carlo) will share her story as an enslaved child on the plantation. Participants will also engage in childhood songs, games, and interact with artifacts, such as a wash basin and wash board and more.

• Participants will become characters, interact with artifacts, and participate in audience interaction and will design a quilt square and create a group quilt and design each square
